A three-part High Court seat will take up Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Director Imran Khan's bail application in the code case on November 22, as per a notification given by the Recorder Office on Thursday.
The seat will be driven by senior Puisne judge Equity Sardar Tariq Masood, and incorporate Equity Yahya Afridi and Equity Ayesha Malik.
Imran had tested dismissal of his bail application by the Islamabad High Court (IHC) as well as his prosecution in the code case.
